Team-building, away days, conferences, after-work events. The Hiddening hunt scales well for groups that need to be in the same place but actually doing something together.
- Small teams — around 10 people, played as one team or two competing in parallel
- Large teams — 30+ people, competitive multi-team format
- Custom briefs — bespoke storylines, branded clue moments, longer or shorter formats
Price on application. Send a few details — group size, date window, what you’re trying to achieve — and the Operator will come back with a tailored quote within 48 hours.

Reviews, features, interviews, image requests, podcast spots. The Operator is happy to talk to journalists, bloggers, podcast hosts, and anyone covering things to do in Norwich or Cambridge.
Quick answers
How does the hunt actually work?
You buy a ticket. You take your group to the starting point — Norwich Castle for Norwich, Market Square for Cambridge. You message the Operator on WhatsApp. Clues come back. You solve them by walking, looking, and reading the city. 90 to 120 minutes.
Is it really £20 for the whole group?
Yes. One ticket. One group. We suggest up to about five for the best experience, but more is fine — no per-head charge for groups of normal size. (For 10+ people, see corporate enquiries above.)
Do I need to download an app?
No. Just WhatsApp, which you almost certainly already have. No app, no account creation, no special hardware.
When can we play?
Any time. There’s no booking slot. Buy the ticket, walk to the starting point when it suits you, message the Operator. Daylight hours work best — you’ll be reading details on buildings and ducking down side alleys.
What if it rains?
It’s England. Bring a coat. The route works in any weather.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Most of the route is on flat pavement with some cobbles around the older parts. If you have specific access needs, message info@hiddening.com before booking and we’ll confirm details for your group.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Not yet via the site — but message us if you want to gift a hunt and we’ll arrange something on the side. Proper gift vouchers are on the roadmap.
Where do I leave a review?
Reply to any Operator WhatsApp after the hunt — we collect quotes for the site. For public reviews, we’re on Google. For Instagram love, we’re @hiddening_uk.
